Do you catch yourself yawning and craving a nap much more these days? Has it been hard to muster up the energy to do the same routine? Let's lean into the rest and rejuvenation that comes with shorter sunlight and reorganize our days to match our natural energy levels.
Agenda:
All you need to do is bring a journal, pen, water bottle and chair/towel (or something to sit on). I will have some reflection exercises for you and we will have smaller groups discussions to brainstorm different techniques to refocus on your top priorities and habits.
After event:
Let's get Better in the company of others. I will create a WhatsApp group for us to continue the conversation and plan future connects to check-in on how things are progressing, share resources, and hopefully gain new friends in the process :)
