I have done goal setting sessions for over 100 folks including those I manage, mentor, friends, and family equating to 850 sessions focused on goal progression. My approach to coaching is centered around four fundamental elements: finding purpose in what you do for work, finding time to play, focusing on your mental and physical health, and the communities you belong to. By focusing on these key areas, we can lay a strong foundation for your personal growth and development.
We will dive into your priorities, find actionable ways to chunk into smaller pieces, and determine a cadence to check-in on how these are progressing. That could look like us checking in once a week or month, daily texts to see if you were able to tackle that item you have been pushing off, or meeting up to tackle any of those new habits together. Whatever works best for you.
