Spring In-Person 2025 Group Coaching


Is this for you?

Do you have some items you want to focus on but maybe need some extra momentum? Need your own personal hype person to cheer you on? If so, this program is designed to help you set intentions and drive progression towards tangible outcomes. Whether it’s a new habit, new mindset, or navigating a major life change, you will have me and a small group to hold each other accountable towards these priorities.


Agenda:

  1. Session 1 (April): Set intentions for the next three months. Focusing on a priority that aligns with your values. Determine what the goal is, your why, and how you will measure and track progress.

  2. Session 2 (May): We will reassess how progress is going - do we need to adjust the goal?

  3. Session 3 (June): Sustaining progress. We will discuss any roadblocks we have faced, reflect on progress so far, and create a maintenance plan to stay on track.

Format:

  • Before each session you will have some sort of optional reflection to get into mindset for upcoming session.

  • During the session you will only need to bring a journal and pen as we work through activities. Each session will have time for personal reflection and group discussion.

  • After the session you will have some homework based on the topic to make sure we are applying into our new habits/tasks/mindset.

  • Between the sessions I will be checking in to see what we can celebrate and also identify and brainstorm any roadblocks.

Alissa’s coaching helps you move past surface-level obstacles and see challenges as opportunities instead of roadblocks. Her thoughtful questions and grounded support have shifted how I approach setbacks—using them to my advantage rather than feeling stuck. You are present with all of us collectively while simultaneously making it feel as if we are in a one-on-one gathering and I think that’s a very special thing not a lot of leaders/coaches can pull off
