Reflection Bonfire: Cultivate your Purpose

Is this for you?

Do you struggle to find purpose in your work or day-to-day? Do you want to find something that brings you joy and inspires you to get out of bed every day? Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means your ‘reason for being.’ ‘Iki’ in Japanese means ‘life,’ and ‘gai’ describes value or worth. Your ikigai is your life purpose or your bliss.

Agenda:

Bring something to write with and write on, your water bottle, and either a towel or chair. I will have some reflection exercises for you and we will have smaller groups discussions to brainstorm different techniques to refocus on your purpose.

After event:

Let's get Better in the company of others. I will create a WhatsApp group for us to continue the conversation and plan future connects to check-in on how things are progressing, share resources, and hopefully gain new friends in the process :)

This is a donation-based event, with a suggested donation of $15. However, no donation is required to attend. Register Here.
