Does your day feel to pass by you with so much you wanted to do? Are you constantly multi-tasking to get things done? Are you tired of feeling like things keep falling on the back burner and never actually start?
My hope is to create an experience that helps inspire and excite you to identify how to reprioritize your day to get the most out of the 24 hours we have each day for the habits and activities that mean most, in the company of like-minded folks.
Agenda:
All you need to do is bring a journal, pen, water bottle and chair/towel (or something to sit on). I will have some reflection excercises for you and we will have smaller groups discussions to brainstorm different techniques to refocus on your top priorities and habits.
After event:
Let's get Better in the company of others. I will create a WhatsApp group for us to continue the conversation and plan future connects to check-in on how things are progressing, share resources, and hopefully gain new friends in the process :)
This is a donation-based event, with a suggested donation of $15. However, no donation is required to attend.
