Habit Setting Workshop

  • Kate Sessions Park 5115 Soledad Road San Diego, CA, 92109 United States (map)

Is this for you?

Are you tired of feeling like things keep falling on the back burner and never actually start? Do "goals" overwhelm you and feel too much? My hope is to create an experience that helps inspire and excite you to identify habits and also arm you with techniques on how to work toward them, in the company of like-minded folks.

Agenda:

All you need to do is bring a journal, pen, water bottle and towel. I will have some reflection excercises for you to list out things you'd like to focus on across your work, play, love, and health buckets. We'll then break out into smaller groups based on your main focus area and brainstorm different habits and strategies to help you make progress towards your priorities. We'll also cover different ways to track your progress and hold yourself accountable (whether that's through journaling, habit trackers, sticky notes, excel trackers, etc., to find what's best for you)

After event:

Let's get Better in the company of others. I will create a WhatsApp group for us to continue the conversation and plan future connects to check-in on how things are progressing, accountability partners, and hopefully gain new friends in the process :)

This is a donation-based event, with a suggested donation of $15. However, no donation is required to attend. Click here to register
